Licence
SaySet is licensed to you, not sold. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies to your use of the app, and these terms add to it. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
Health and safety
SaySet is a timer and training aid. It does not give medical advice. Talk to a doctor before you start an exercise programme, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell. Heart rate readings come from your equipment and may not be accurate. You exercise at your own risk.
Using SaySet
Use the app for personal training, as intended. Do not reverse engineer it, tamper with it or use it to break the law.
Ownership
SaySet, its design and code belong to Fosters Digital. You may not copy or redistribute them.
No guarantee
SaySet is provided as it is. We work to keep it running well but cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the problem.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without affecting any rights you have under the law where you live. We may update them and will publish the new version here with a new effective date.
