Privacy Policy

SaySet has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your workouts stay on your device and in your own private iCloud, and nothing is written to Apple Health until you approve it.
What the app stores
Your workouts, custom exercises, history, streaks and settings are stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, they are also stored in your private iCloud database through Apple's CloudKit so they sync between your devices. We have no server and cannot read this data.
Apple Health
SaySet can read heart rate, resting heart rate, VO2 max, body mass and workouts from Apple Health. It writes workouts, active energy and heart rate samples only after you approve each finished session in the review screen, unless you turn on automatic sync. You can change access at any time in iOS Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices. Health data is never sold, shared, used for advertising or sent to us.
Bluetooth heart rate straps
If you connect a Bluetooth heart rate strap, SaySet reads your heart rate directly from it during a session. The reading stays on your device and is saved to Apple Health only if you approve it.
Voice
Spoken cues are produced on your device with Apple's speech synthesis. SaySet does not use the microphone and does not record audio.
Notifications and Live Activities
Live Activities and any alerts are generated on your device. Apple may use push messages to keep iCloud data in sync. SaySet does not run a push notification service of its own.
No third parties
SaySet contains no advertising, no analytics and no tracking tools. It does not share data with anyone.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes the data on that device. To remove the copy in iCloud, go to iOS Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage › SaySet. Health data you approved stays in Apple Health until you delete it there.
Children
SaySet collects no data from anyone, including children.
Who we are
SaySet is made by Fosters Digital, run by Louis Foster in the United Kingdom. Fosters Digital is the controller of any personal data described in this policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
